It is a legal requirement, that any "steam generating" equipment installed on your premises, must comply with The Pressure Systems Regulations 2000 (PSSR 2000) legislation.

A boiler inspection should be part of your yearly maintenance routine, consisting of an internal and external inspection of the boiler. Also checks will be made to the accompanying pipework and control systems.

Fully testing all safety devices, replacing if necessary.
